The Folk Gods of the Chinese

Yes, they have Gods for almost everything. Chinese ,mostly love the God of Prosperity. To most Chinese who are in business, the God of Commerce is equally important.

To the ordinary Chinese, they will be contented with the 3 Gods called 'Fu, Look, Shou'. These three Gods which you find in most Chinese homes represents the 3 important things in life-'Fook' symbolises Luck, 'Look' symbolises longevity and 'Shou', Health.

Here are some Gods. There is rich history behind how some mortals becomes immortals. Kwan Kung, the God of Wealth had a double transformation. From a mere mortal, he became the God of War and today he is the God of Wealth.
