If you have seen The Sixth Sense the first time around, chances are you are unlikely to know that the protagonist is dead.The scenes are so well enacted as if Bruce Willis's character Dr. Maurice Crowe is always talking with someone. The only person he is actually talking to all the time with is Cole, the Haley Joel Osmet character, Cole who is cursed to see dead people "all the time".
If you see it again on video with the knowledge that the Bruce character is dead, then it all makes sense. That is tongue-in-cheek- the sixth sense!M. Night Syamalam's way of putting you on for the full duration of the film. Do you feel like a sucker now?
