More Sad News

While trying to locate Norizan Osman, I thought a creative way was to trace the brother Azhar Osman.

Little did I know that  had passed on from cancer in 2008. That's a mighty long time ago.

I knew him when he was reading the news for TV3, and I knew his wife Azian who worked for TV3 as well.

His best posting was as Press Secretary to the ex-PM Abdullah Badawi.

So, with his passing, there seems to be one less way to get to Norizan.

Anyway, persevere on I will.

The Unenforceable Hotel Halal Lift

How about Non-halal money in the wallet?

This was found in a local business class hotel in PJ.

Firstly,it is unenforceable, with or without CCTV.

Secondly, many things carried by lift users do not fall strictly in the pure halal category.

So, woe betide this hotel for it will be embarrassed time and again when all and sundry used this lift with impunity!
