YTL Corp-Is This a Mistake or What?

Aren't We confused?

I have always thought that YTL Corp shareholders who are entitled to buy YTL Power warrants at 20 sen were the same ones who got the 1 share for every 15 in specie of YTL Corp shares  in 2011.

I believe what is meant by entitlement date could be the date set for this exercise to take place and would not mean that those who had YTL Corp shares as of 2 October would get this offer. Only those who held the shares when YTL Corp distribute its mother share would be given the opportunity to buy YTL Power warrants at 20 sen.

I hope I am right as this interpretation is really confusing!

PS: It's no mistake. Those who bought the shares on 1 October will enjoy the sale of YTL Power warrants at 20 sen apiece. What a bonanza!!
